We will be performing a planned upgrade of our authentication service on Tuesday morning.
Here's what to expect:

What's happening: We're upgrading authentication service.

Impact during the window (06:00–12:00):
- New user registrations will be disabled for the full window. Users attempting to sign up will see: "Registration is currently unavailable."
- Existing users can log in as normal, except for a brief interruption of a few minutes during the actual cutover.

After the migration: On your next login, you may be prompted to confirm or fill in missing profile details (such as date of birth, locale, or postcode). This is expected and only needs to be done once.

We expect all services to be fully restored by 12:00.
